    Because the telephone communication did not work and I was unable to speak directly to the doctor as arranged. It is very difficult to get through to the practice by telephone, although the receptionist was very pleasant to deal with and helpful when eventually I was able to speak to her. Saturday 31 December
    The reception staff always try and get you an appointment where they can ,and are so polite The doctors are great,understanding and caring. Helped me alot lately. Friday 30 December
